We strive to deliver within 7 working days for orders paid online and 15 working days for orders paid with Visa.
You can request a refund within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Once an order is placed, information like address and name cannot be changed.

When listing an item, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including proper titles and descriptions.
Listings should be placed in the correct categories . Books should not be listed in stationery categories and vice versa. Miscategorized listings will be removed.
Deceptive products or attempts to mislead buyers will result in account termination.
All personal information and seller contact details are handled by SHIKKHONJAM, but the responsibility for collection and delivery lies solely with the buyer and seller. We are not involved in the transaction process.
We actively recycle old books! You can list a free book pick-up for sale from your home through our website.
Collected books from unused households are resold on SHIKKHONJAM.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms for updates.
Your continued use of Shikkhonjam following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By using SHIKKHONJAM, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shikkhonjam, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of SHIKKHONJAM.
